Ancestors of Denise Marie Trosclair

Personal note: I set this file up as the ancestors of my grandmother Denise Marie Trosclair Buie because of the amount of information that I was able to gather. It also shows the close connections of the German Coast Families as well as those of the French, French Canadian and Spanish families of the 1700-1800's of Louisiana. There was many cousin marriages and therefore, two sometimes three siblings in one family are a direct ancestor. So if you think you are rereading some of the same information from one generation to the next you may very well be.

If anyone is interested in the descendents of any of the siblings of my direct ancestor, I do have information on many of them, or links to family webpages where more information on a particular surname may be found.

I would like to thank those who live in Louisiana who helped me by doing look-ups and sending references, copies of birth, baptism, marriage, and death certificates. Much of this information is the cumulation of the many webpages on Louisiana and German Coast Families. I would like to thank them for sharing the results of their research and references. I have tried to make sure that they were cited through out these pages and where possible links were added to electronic source.
