In the Christian County records, an Alexander Buie is mentioned; however, the compilers do not know if he if another son of Archibald since Archibald had a son named Archibald Alexander, The 1850 Bond County, Illinois census had the following listing on page 383: Alexander Buie, age 40. b. Ky.; Mary T. Buie, age 31, b. Ky.; Mary N. Buie, age 17, h. ILL; and Archibald Buie, age 26, b. Ky.
